Delmon Rehab began operations in Bahrain in January 2018 after 2 years of planning and investment. Owned by a diverse group of corporate and individual shareholders and backed by a talented group of physicians with a vision for quality patient care in the Post Acute Sector, Delmon Rehab aims to fulfil patient needs throughout the full post acute continuum of care from inpatient rehabilitation, to outpatient services and community/home based care. Delmon Rehab is set to be the only provider of integrated, interdisciplinary rehabilitation Services when it opens its doors in 2020. based in Dilmunia's health and wellness area, Delmon Rehab's Inpatient and Outpatient facility will be a showcase of rehabilitation technologies and organised care programs, currently unavailable in country. Our Neurological and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation programs will be developed first, with a specific focus on Post Stroke Care. With an emphasis on patient centred care and value based service provision, we aim to meet the needs of Bahraini's and Expats alike in a purpose built, environment design for inclusion and independence. Our community and homecare program is growing from strength to strength. Currently offering home nursing and physiotherapy services tailored to individual patients and families needs, we provide licensed and experienced nursing and allied health staff, to provide the services needed, when and where they are needed. We aim to expand our nursing services in the near future offering dedicated services for chronic disease monitoring and management through specialist nursing staff. In addition, we aim to add Occupation and and Speech and Language therapy staff to further support our home based rehabilitation programs.
